In the Reformer Beginner Class, you will learn the basics of technique, breathing, and alignment and develop a sense of security on the Reformer. Through clearly guided exercises and flowing sequences, you will build body awareness, stability, and control right from the start.
The class prepares you optimally for the advanced Reformer courses and gives you the confidence to move confidently on the equipment.

In this class, you will train your entire body in flowing, varied sequences on the Reformer. The focus is on a harmonious interplay of strength, flexibility, and coordination. Dynamically changing positions evenly engage both the upper and lower body, while controlled resistance strengthens the muscles, improves posture, and activates the core.
This class is ideal as a regular routine workout and offers new training stimuli time and again thanks to changing sequences.

A powerful Reformer workout with high intensity and challenging transitions. Dynamic sequences specifically target strength, endurance, and precision, training the entire body in one continuous session. The focus is on control, coordination, and clean execution in order to further develop stability and strength and sustainably increase your own level.
This course is exclusively for participants who are very confident on the Reformer, have extensive training experience, and have mastered the basic Reformer exercises.

The Reformer Booty Class focuses on the lower body. Through targeted Reformer sequences, you will work on strength, stability, and shape, especially in the legs and buttocks. The controlled resistance of the Reformer provides an intense but balanced workout, while flowing movements promote length in the legs and stability from the core. The workout shapes and strengthens the body and supports a stable, upright posture.
