Yes. All memberships are automatically renewed for the same term unless they are canceled in writing at least 7 days before the end of the current month (after the minimum term has expired).

Yes, you can pause your membership more than once, as long as each pause is requested in writing at least 7 days in advance. Billing and the term will then be postponed accordingly.

No. Memberships and credits are personal and non-transferable. Each member requires their own membership.

If a payment is unsuccessful, we will notify you by email. Your member benefits may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been settled.

No. Refunds for unused months, remaining credits, or missed classes are not possible.

That depends on how often you want to attend classes and how much time you want to invest in your Pilates and wellbeing journey. We offer three membership options, which differ in the number of monthly credits. Whether you prefer a fixed weekly routine or want more flexibility and frequency, there is a model to suit your individual lifestyle.

Upgrades to a higher model are possible at any time. Upgrades take effect at the beginning of the following month. Downgrades are not possible during the active contract period. Refunds for unused months or remaining credits are excluded.

Yes. Your membership is valid at all égoïste Studio locations, so you can book classes based on availability.

Yes. At the start of your membership, you will receive a digital membership card that is valid for six months. If your membership is paused, the validity of the digital card will not be automatically extended accordingly.

You will receive personalized partner codes as part of your member benefits. When redeeming a benefit directly on site, simply show your digital member card to our partner. Please note that partner offers are subject to individual terms and conditions and availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 3 Memberships
(1) Term, minimum term, and termination
égoïste offers memberships with a minimum term of six (6) months.
Ordinary termination is not possible during the minimum term.After the minimum term has expired, membership is automatically extended for an indefinite period and can then be terminated on a monthly basis, unless notice of termination is given in due time.
The cancellation must be received by égoïste in writing (email is sufficient) no later than seven (7) days before the end of the current month.
If the cancellation is received late, the membership will be extended for another month.Refunds for contributions already paid or unused months are excluded.
(2) Credits & Use
Credits are credited monthly according to the selected membership model.
Unused credits expire at the end of the respective month and cannot be carried over to subsequent months.Credits do not represent credit and are neither redeemable nor transferable.
(3) Change of membership
Membership changes are only possible at the beginning of a new month.
Upgrades to a higher-value membership are permitted.
Downgrades are not possible.
Refunds for unused months or credits are not possible.(4) Suspension of membership
Memberships can be paused upon request.
The request must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before the start of the pause.During the break:
no services can be used,
no credits will be credited,
No membership fees will be charged.
After the break has expired, the next billing date and all future payment dates will be postponed by the duration of the break.
The term of the membership will be extended accordingly.(5) Non-transferability & identity verification
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Credits may not be transferred to third parties.
égoïste is entitled to request photo identification for identity verification purposes.(6) Extraordinary termination
égoïste reserves the right to terminate membership for good cause, in particular in the event of repeated or serious violations of studio or booking rules.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.(7) Partner benefits
Partner benefits are voluntary additional services and are not part of the core contract.
