Our studios combine training quality, aesthetics, and atmosphere to create an experience that strengthens people—both physically and mentally.

For our location in Wuppertal, we are looking for aHead Coach who will teach most of the training sessions, set professional standards, and lead our team of trainers on site.

Your role

You are the technical heart of the studio.
You regularly teach Mat and Reformer classes, shape the style of our offerings, and ensure that the quality, structure, and teaching level in the studio remain consistently high.
At the same time, you take on leadership for the team of trainers and work closely with studio management, marketing, and the academy.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting most of the Pilates classes (mat & reformer)

• Technical management and further development of the team of trainers

• Ensuring and continuously developing our training standards

• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of the timetable

• Onboarding, training, and mentoring new trainers

• Conducting internal training sessions, feedback and quality checks

• Close collaboration with studio management, marketing, and operations

• Active support for the égoïste Academy (training and continuing education)

• Participation in specials, events, and community formats

What you bring to the table

• Completed training as a Pilates trainer (Mat & Reformer)

• Several years of teaching experience in a studio environment

• Enjoyment of teaching and role model function on the field

• Leadership skills or clear motivation to take on responsibility

• High quality standards, strong teaching skills, and structured working methods

• Clear communication, empathy, and team spirit

For our location in Wuppertal, we are looking for a studio manager who can create structure, take responsibility, and actively shape everyday studio life.

Your role

You hold everything together in the studio.
You ensure smooth processes, a strong front-of-house team, and an atmosphere in which our community feels completely at home.
You work closely with management, trainers, marketing, and operations.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for daily studio operations and all opening procedures

• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a welcoming studio experience

• Organization and further development of the égoïste Matcha Bar

• Management, resource planning, and quality assurance for the front-of-house team

• Support and advice for our local community

• Maintenance of booking and studio systems

• Facility management (orders, inventory, repairs, service providers)

• Close collaboration with trainers, marketing, community, and operations

• Support for studio activations, specials, and events

• Administrative tasks & email communication for the Wuppertal location

What you bring to the table

• Experience in studio, hospitality, or front-of-house management

• Structured, dependable approach to work with a high sense of responsibility

• Strong service orientation & excellent communication skills

• Hands-on approach, initiative, and flexibility

• Positive mindset in a dynamic environment

• Pilates certification desirable
