Your role with us
As a Certified Reformer & Mat Teacher, you are more than just a course instructor. You create experiences. You shape the energy in the room. You create structure, precision, and motivation—and build genuine connections with our community.
Your responsibilities
Independent management of reformer and mat classes at a high professional level.
Responsibility for a safe, structured, and inspiring training experience.
Active participation in shaping the course plan and further developing class standards.
Building sustainable community relationships in the studio.
What you bring to the table
Completed certification in Reformer and/or Mat Pilates.
Clear, professional demeanor with natural presence.
Passion for precise, modern Pilates training.
Reliability, team spirit, and identification with a boutique brand.

Reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
Previous experience in the service sector is an advantage, but not essential.
